The apartments on the ground floor have permanent tenants. The nearest beach is approximately 2.2km at Leentjies Klip at Wilderness village.
The top section offers 3 bedrooms, 1½ Bathrooms, an open plan Lounge/diningroom/kitchen, a Sundeck with lovely views.
The house is situated next to the N2 highway and is walking distance to the lagoon. No pets are allowed. Guests must please bring their own towels.
No garage will be available - safe parking at the back of the house.
