Malagas is 230km from Cape Town. Approximately 10 km before Swellendam, turn right at the Malagas turn-off. Follow the signs and the gravel road for 38km to Malagas.
Please remember, if coming from the Heidelberg side, that the "Pont" closes at sunset.
Built in 1996, Malagas Hotel is a 51 - room "Old Cape", styled establishment, as well as 6 cabins on the Breede River Queen houseboat, which provides elegant accommodation, well-prepared meals and old- fashioned hospitality.
